Mark Penny is a Managing Director at Hempstead & Co. Inc., a business appraisal firm, based in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. He is an accredited senior appraiser in business valuations and holds specialty business valuation designations in intangible assets, and appraisal review and management.
Mark is a member of the American Society of Appraisers’ Philadelphia Chapter for over 25 years and has served as president of the Chapter.
On a national level, Mark served as the ASA’s International President in 2013-2014. He has also served as Treasurer of the ASA’s Business Valuation Committee and is a past chair of the Society’s Ethics Committee. Mark is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA from Temple University.
