Pete Tedesco joined UBS in 1989 and in 2017 returned to the Philadelphia market as a Financial Advisor. As an Advisor he focuses on meeting the needs of individuals and privately held businesses, helping navigate the inevitable transitions in life, family, finance and business. Pete is a Philadelphia native, who upon graduating Villanova Law School began his career as a CPA in the tax practice of the international accounting firm, Grant Thornton. Expanding the focus of his work he then became a client advisor with two national fee based financial planning firms, Hay Financial Group and The AYCO Corporation. For over three decades he has been committed to utilizing a planning approach in delivering wealth management.
Pete has led both home office and field businesses across the country for UBS, serving as Head of Wealth Management Consulting, National Sales Manager for Financial Planning, Co-Head Equity Syndicate Sales, Associate National Sales Manager, Division Sales Manager and Branch Manager. Most recently he was responsible for developing and executing the Firm’s wealth management transformation initiative, a program designed to deliver advice beyond investing on financial, business transition and estate planning goals. Pete has worked with thousands of Financial Advisors and clients to meet their complex needs and goals. The experience and perspective gained in multiple UBS senior management roles provides him with a unique ability to bring Firm & industry resources to the team and clients.
