Scott Wham, Esq.

Since joining Kistler Tiffany Benefits, Scott has dedicated his time to gain a comprehensive understanding of how Health Care Reform impacts employers of various sizes.  Scott spearheads Kistler Tiffany Benefits’ Health Care Reform compliance consulting initiatives.  Scott regularly meets with employers to provide regulatory guidance and solutions for compliance risks posted by The Affordable Care Act, ERISA, HIPAA, and the IRS Code.

He serves on the Board of Directors for both the Greater Philadelphia Association of Health Underwriters (GPAHU) and the Pennsylvania Association of Health Underwriters (PAHU) where he is tasked with coordinating state-level lobbying efforts on behalf of the region’s health insurance industry. Scott is also a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters’ Principal’s Council where he lobbies for advancements in national health policy. Additionally, Scott is an adjunct instructor at Villanova University where he teaches a graduate course on trends in employee benefits.

Prior to joining KTB’s Compliance Department, Scott was an associate attorney for the litigation firm of Del Collo & Mazzanti, LLP in Paoli.  Specifically, he defended employers and insurance carriers against Workers’ Compensation claims.  While obtaining his law degree, Scott worked as an associate in Cephalon, Inc.’s in-house counsel providing guidance on regulatory matters affecting employment law, patent law, tax law, contract law, and mass tort litigation.

Scott received his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and graduated from The Johns Hopkins University earning a B.A. in Political Science.
